Cleveleys In Bloom got off to a flying start this year with the redesign of the clock garden at the corner of Victoria/Nutter Roads. There are lots of plans for even more improvements to our amazing town!
Cleveleys In Bloom 2024
We’ve reviewed the comments made by judges during their 2023 visit. We’ll be addressing the things that they thought we could do better.
Along with redesigning the clock garden, plans for this year include:
Replenishing existing planters and beds, including longer living perennials and shrubs plus bedding plants for seasonal colour
Planting trees at Derby Road car park
Creating a new bed at the car park entrance to welcome people to town
Sorting out the watering to make it more sustainable and easier!
Increasing biodiversity in the town
Working with local schools and groups
New crochet and craft installations
All delivered with lots of fun and laughing – why don’t you join in? Everyone welcome, all ages, all abilities

Everyone Welcome to help with Cleveleys In Bloom 2024!
Volunteers, and interested people are invited to follow what we do (and join in) on our Care for Cleveleys Facebook page. We post photos there of every activity, including events and meetings for people to join in.
Regular volunteers are invited to join the Care for Cleveleys (C4C) Messenger groups. These include, C4C Regulars, C4C Water Gang, C4C Clean up Team, C4C Weed Warriors and C4C Crochet.
It’s great fun and a good way to get out and about and make new friends.

Support the Cleveleys In Bloom Raffle
Thanks go to Wyre Council who provide an annual grant to the town to support our In Bloom entry. It makes a big difference to what we’re able to do.
But everything costs such a lot of money and it’s nowhere near enough for the plans that we’ve got!
So the Care for Cleveleys team run various fundraising projects throughout the year including the In Bloom Spring Raffle. All proceeds go to making Cleveleys look lovely.

The intention is for Cleveleys to keep blooming! We want it to continue as an attractive destination for visitors as well as being a wonderful place to live.
