Donate

All your effort towards looking after our lovely town makes such a difference. Whether you like to help out physically, can run a fundraiser or just donate a couple a pounds to the cause. From small cake bakes to huge fundraising efforts. Lots of you have already contributed in ways large and small to making our town amazing. And for that we thank you!

Donate once or monthly, online via Ko-Fi

Care for Cleveleys uses fundraising platform Ko-Fi to make online giving really easy. It doesn’t take any fees for use of their software (although credit card processing fees do still apply). Set up a recurring monthly payment or transfer a couple of pounds – it’s entirely up to you. One thing is for sure it’s much appreciated and carefully spent!

Donate to Cleveleys via your own Bank

You can also make a donation to Care for Cleveleys via your own bank. Pay a regular monthly standing order or make a one-off BACS transfer. Just get in touch for the C4C bank details.

Drop a Donation off at the Care for Cleveleys Shop

Now that the new Shop and Community Hub is open, you can pop in and leave a donation there. Pop your loose change in the collecting tin on the counter (it even adds up the total in the jar!) You can also make a donation through the till – pay with cash or card. There’s usually a raffle or two ongoing in the shop so you can enter those while you’re there. 100% of proceeds goes straight to projects in town.

If it’s more convenient you can still drop a donation off at Phillips Jewellers. Daniel Thornton is part of Cleveleys Town Centre Group and his shop has always been a bit of a local drop off point! Centrally located at the right of Home Bargains, you can leave donations or things for the group. We’ll collect them from there.

Pop your change in a Collecting Tin

You’ll start to spot these collecting tins in various venues (well they’re plastic actually!) so feel free to make full use of them!

Would you like one for the counter of your business? Just get in touch and we’ll get one to you.

Anything else to Donate?

It’s surprising how many valuable things people have, stashed in cupboards and garages. We’re not talking about gold and silver, but ‘stuff’ that could be sold or re-used. We’re always looking for tombola and raffle prizes and unwanted Christmas gifts are ideal!

Got any unwanted boxes of sweets, toiletries and bottles of wine? Or garden ornaments, tools and bric-a-brac? Just get in touch and we’ll probably be able to find a use for it. Please make sure it’s in good/as new condition or has a re-use value.

Clothes, Bric-a-Brac, Goods (& Crafts) to Sell

Now that the Care for Cleveleys Shop is open we’re also looking for good quality items to sell. Any pre-loved clothes, shoes, handbags, ornaments and bric-a-brac are received with thanks. Especially anything that you bought when you shouldn’t have (we’ve all done it!) and still have the labels on 🙂

Just drop them off at the Shop during opening hours (Tues to Sun, 10-4pm). If you’ve got a lot of things to donate we can arrange collection. Just ask.

If you’re a crafter and love making things – but then end up with a stash of things you don’t want – we’d love to take your surplus makes. From cards to knitted things, hand sewn bags to clay makes. Sorry, we aren’t able to stock artist/craft makes on a commission basis at the moment.
