It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! We can’t wait for the fabulously festive Cleveleys Christmas Switch On event! Saturday 22 November, all day in Cleveleys town centre.

It’s another event organised by The Town Centre Group and Care for Cleveleys volunteers. Enjoy activities and entertainment throughout the day between Princes Road and Cleveleys Square.

Fundraising at Cleveleys Christmas Switch On!

Thank you for supporting Care for Cleveleys – we’re raising funds for Christmas Lights and other upcoming projects in town. This years Christmas Prize Draw raffle tickets will be available for sale – the raffle is being drawn at 4pm when the lights go on.

Look out for home baking, tombolas and even a jumble stall. All money raised goes straight into the kitty.

Don’t forget to visit the Care for Cleveleys Shop to stock up on unique, quality gifts with a local flavour. Choose from handcrafted ornaments, seaside pictures and paintings, a range of Cleveleys merchandise and the 2026 Cleveleys Calendar.

The Cleveleys Town Centre Group events programme has received £20k from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. A small amount of which has paid for some entertainment at this event.

Wyre Council supports the Christmas Switch On in Cleveleys with FREE parking from 2pm.

Cleveleys Christmas Switch On 2024

Unfortunately the day came with a storm of wind and rain, so the Top Club saved the day! Most of the event was held indoors with the clouds parking enough for the official switch on moment. Russell Grant very kindly did the honours, making his first public appearance since his brain tumour op, almost 2 years ago to the day!
