Seaside Emporium – Raising Money for Cleveleys
In 2015 the Seaside Emporium website came online, packed with lots of lovely prints, photos, cards, gifts and goodies. All of the beautiful paintings are prints from original, hand drawn illustrations by Derek Littlewood. The full range features images from across the Fylde Coast – from Fleetwood to Lytham.
Fast forward to 2023, with Derek having various health challenges, the Seaside Emporium range was temporarily shelved… The website was taken offline, leaving the range unavailable to buy. Plenty of people asked where they could get their hands on the pictures and products.
Now, in 2025, it’s back again! This time raising money for Care for Cleveleys. It started out as a brand from The Rabbit Patch (who publish Visit Fylde Coast). They’ve donated rights to use the images to this amazing voluntary group which looks after the town. Along with the rights to images, came the equipment and materials necessary to get the Seaside Emporium up and running again.
Two amazing volunteers, Adel and Andy, have taken over production of prints. They’re keeping a steady supply of them flowing into the new Care for Cleveleys Shop. Browse a wide and changing selection of plain, mounted and framed prints along with gifts and merchandise. Eventually a website will be back online, but the Seaside Emporium Facebook page is still very much active. Follow the page and have a look at some of the range from the last 10 years.
Even better, 100% of the profit from all Seaside Emporium sales go directly to Care for Cleveleys. With no paid staff, it’s a great way of funding improvements to the town.
