It’s fascinating to see how the town we love has developed. Now you can enjoy your favourite bits of local history at home with the new ‘Old Cleveleys’ heritage print range.
New ‘Old Cleveleys’ Heritage Print Range
The new Heritage Range of prints launched in September 2026 to coincide with Heritage Open Days. It’s a range of fascinating views of the area in years gone by, complete with a brief written history. They’re a fascinating insight into the growth and evolution of todays much loved Cleveleys.
Each one shows two different views of a similar spot from years gone by. Accompanying text explains the background to the two photos – what was there and how you might see it now. You can be sure that the history is as accurate as it can be. Each one has been fact-checked by local historians, using information from Nick Moore’s History of Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.
Handmade by Volunteers
A4 size prints are made and framed in substantial, quality black frames to complement the designs. Care for Cleveleys volunteers keep a steady supply of them on sale in the Care for Cleveleys Shop. Currently, the Heritage Range of products is available to buy in person from the C4C Shop. Ask at the counter if the one you’d like isn’t on display.
Remember that 100% of the profit from all Seaside Emporium sales go directly to Care for Cleveleys. With no paid staff, it’s a great way of funding improvements to the town.
Enjoy your lovely new things! The prints make great gifts, especially for hard-to-buy-for people. Keepsakes with a conscience 🙂
