11 & 25 January, 8 & 22 February, 8 & 22 March, 5 & 19 April, 3 & 24 May – 3 week gap to allow for changing tide times 7 & 21 June, 5 & 19 July, 2, 16 & 30 August, 13 September, 4 & 18 October – 3 week gap to allow for changing tide times. 1, 15 & 29 November, 13 & 27 December There are two beach care groups in Cleveleys – Cleveleys Beach Cleaners meets once a fortnight to litter pick against the stepped sea defences. The Rossall Beach Group meets monthly and cleans the shingly Rossall Beach. Meet at the Sea Swallow sculpture at the top of Victoria Road West. All equipment is provided but please bring your own gloves and wear suitable footwear. Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult. Dogs can come along during the winter season, but please remember that there is a seasonal dog ban on this main amenity beach from May to September.
