The amazing Seca One – the street artist Christian Fenn – has started gridding out his next piece of art. It’s an amazing mural for Jubilee Gardens, for our FIRST big project funded by the UKSPF grant.
We can’t wait to see the huge Mythic Coastline mural unfold! You’ll see it appear on the blue fence around the Beach Management works compound in the gardens. Incorporating all the key parts of the Sea Swallow story it will brighten up the gardens and raise awareness of the links between climate change and wellbeing.
Family Fun Day
Don’t forget you can have-a-go and create your own butterfly at the Family Fun Day on 26 August in Jubilee Gardens!
Come along and enjoy an afternoon in the park as Seca One finishes the wall. He’s also founder of The Butterfly Effected, a global project using art as a vehicle to spread hope and inspiration to people faced with adversities.
A host of butterflies will flutter away from the main mural, flying off to spread their kindness. And you can even have a go at spray painting your own, to raise money for Care for Cleveleys. Get an accompanying dedication and a badge to take away with you.
Enjoy FREE face painting, meet the Flower Pot People and find out about the Town Centre Group and Care for Cleveleys. Meet the volunteers and see how you might get involved. It’s a fabulous group and a great way to make new friends!
